What's included

Webmail

Authentication

DKIM keys generated per domain, plus live checks for MX, SPF and DMARC records.

Mailbox management

Create mailboxes, set storage, reset passwords, and add aliases, forwarding and catch-all where your plan allows.

Security by default

Mail app connections use TLS. Domain ownership is verified before mailboxes can be created. Mailbox passwords and DKIM private keys are stored encrypted on the server and never sent to the browser.

Plans that grow with you

Start free with one domain and one mailbox, then move to Starter, Business or Pro for more mailboxes, storage, sending volume and features. See the plan comparison, or learn about using a custom email domain.

Frequently asked questions

What is email hosting?

Email hosting is the service that stores your mailboxes and sends and receives mail for your domain. Your website host and your email host don't have to be the same.

Which server settings do I use in a mail app?

IMAP: mail.maililo.com, port 993, SSL/TLS. SMTP: mail.maililo.com, port 465, SSL/TLS. Sign in with your full email address and mailbox password. IMAP/SMTP is included on paid plans.

How much storage does each mailbox get?

1 GB on Free, 5 GB on Starter, 20 GB on Business and 50 GB on Pro, per mailbox.

How do you help my mail avoid spam folders?

Maililo generates DKIM keys for each domain and checks that your SPF, DKIM and DMARC records are published correctly, which receiving servers use to trust your mail.
