MaililoFree forever plan
Free custom domain email for your business
Stop sending business mail from a generic address. Maililo's free plan gives you a real mailbox on your own domain — one domain, one professional address, free forever.
€0 / month
Everything you need to send and receive from your own domain.
What's included in the free plan
- 1 custom domain — use the one you already own
- 1 professional mailbox, like hello@yourcompany.com
- 1 GB of email storage
- Up to 100 outbound emails per day
- Webmail that works in any browser
- Guided DNS setup with step-by-step verification
- Free forever — no credit card required
Why email on your own domain matters
A message from name@yourcompany.com looks professional and builds trust in a way a generic address never will. It also keeps your address under your control: if you ever change email providers, your address stays the same.
Most hosts charge a monthly fee just for that. Maililo's free custom domain email plan gives it to you at no cost, with webmail included and no time limit — it's free forever, not a trial.
How to set it up
- Create a free Maililo account — no credit card needed.
- Add the domain you already own and verify you control it.
- Copy the DNS records Maililo shows you into your domain provider.
- Create your mailbox, such as hello@yourcompany.com, and start sending.
The whole process usually takes minutes, and our setup guide walks you through every record.
Growing later
When your team needs more — extra mailboxes, aliases, forwarding, IMAP and SMTP access or more domains — upgrade to the Starter, Business or Pro plan. See pricing for the details, and downgrade to Free whenever you like.
