How it works

From your domain to a working inbox

Maililo guides you through the records and settings needed for professional email on your own domain.

    Add your domain

    Enter the domain you already own. Maililo creates a unique ownership record for it.

    Update your DNS

    Copy the required MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records into your domain provider.

  3. 3

    Verify the records

    Maililo checks the public records and shows which required items are ready or still missing.

  4. 4

    Create a mailbox

    Choose an address such as hello@yourcompany.com and set a secure password.

  5. 5

    Send and receive

    Use Maililo webmail or connect your preferred mail app with the provided SMTP and IMAP details.
